- November 1, 2021: Final date for registrations.
- December 1: Deadline for team fee and accommodation fee.
- December 15: Deadline to send the players list for all the teams.
- December 15: Deadline to send the rooming list for all the teams with accommodation package.

Sunday 23 to Sunday 30 of January 2022.
Meals included. Half board.
(Arrival with dinner, departure with breakfast)
Accommodation for minimum occupancy of 3, 4 or people in the same room.
Transfer to and from the airport is not included.
Transfer for games not included.
